PCB Assembly Services of the highest
quality
Formed
in 1990, TS is a family PCB assembly business located near the M40 motorway in Warwick,
Warwickshire, England.
TS serves a
wide range of clients from small, local businesses to large, prestigious multi-nationals.
We specialise in PCB assembly in small to medium
quantities along with full product assembly and prototype builds. "Small to medium" means from ten
to tens of thousands, or higher with reduced complexity of manual PCB
assembly. All our electronic production capacity is in-house.
Electronic Manufacturing with Attitude
We have a great team spirit and professional
approach. Being a family business makes us quite unique, and our clients
enjoy doing business with us. This, along with our high-tech PCB assembly equipment, means you
can expect consistent high quality, service and attention to detail. You
will find continuity from a team with virtually no staff turnover,
and who have many man-years of experience in world-class electronic design and
production.
We build and maintain our own IT systems,
train our own people to high standards of PCB assembly (IPC and above) and regularly monitor our
production times by means of time and motion analysis. This means that
our efficiency grows with us whilst our quality stays top notch.
If you are looking for higher volumes of
PCB assembly,
you'll be surprised by how competitive we can be, especially when it comes
to assembly of purely SMT printed circuits. At the same time, we have a
culture that does not compromise on quality and responds quickly to change.
We've become the first choice of many
businesses who have looked long and hard for a consistent quality of PCB assembly. Our turnover has increased by over 25 percent each year for the past ten
years despite industry down-turns.
We believe this says a lot about us.
By the way! . . .
Warwick is in a beautiful area in the UK Midlands. It is the county town of Warwickshire which is noted for its
leafy glades and gently rolling hills. Warwick is also conveniently
located for Leamington, Coventry, Rugby and Birmingham.
Warwick dates back to a very old 10th
century settlement, has half-timbered buildings and, of course, magnificent Warwick
Castle, the finest mediaeval castle in England.
In addition to providing
fascinating historical insights, Warwick Castle has hosted concerts by Tom Jones,
Simply Red and many other big names. Its spectacular firework displays
light up the town, but were not responsible for the great fire of Warwick
in 1694, as the displays are a more recent attraction! Warwick Castle is situated next to
the charming River Avon that meanders to Stratford-upon-Avon which is less
than ten miles away by road.
We also have some pretty reasonable eating
houses in the area. Of particular interest is the Saxon
Mill. This is an old mill, listed in the Domesday Book, with a water wheel that was
turned by the River Avon. The mill is now a pub and
restaurant run by a company sympathetic to its historic nature. The
location is very picturesque.
In Warwick, PCB Assembly is surrounded by
so much culture!
